I would have appreciated better communication when the work turned into a 3 day job. I was expecting my truck to be ready Tuesday evening, as I was always told it was a 2 day project. It wasn't until I contacted someone in the late afternoon on Tuesday was I told it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday am.

Would have appreciated knowing upfront that service was not covered under Toyota Care especially after receiving notification reminder of 24 month service at NO COST. Additionally would have appreciated notice that back floor and trunk areas would need to be accessed. Areas were left quite disrupted and required much more personal attention than expected.
Lenny's a great guy. Very affable and easy to deal with. When I lease my next car, I hope Lenny will continue to help manage its service.
I had no appointment, just a flat tire, and it was fixed right away.
The gas cover for my car still doesn’t work. I rented a car to have my car serviced and now have to bring it in again. I have such a hard time trying to fill my car up with gas because the button does not open it. I made them aware of this not only on the phone when I made my appointment, I said it in person.

I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. My car was not ready until 1:30 p.m. I’m not sure if they checked the air in the spare. The rug was not pushed down between the driver’s seat and the console.

Waited three hours for an oil change! The person responsible for the car left for an emergency but no one informed me of his absence! Extremely unprofessional !
Waited 2hrs. And my vehicle was never looked at. And all I needed was my tires balanced and rotated. So I left without getting any service done. And the answers I was given in response were horrible. These guys are union that work here. What does that mean. I am an electrician in the Philadelphia Union. Doesn’t mean because your in a union you don’t do your job. And the other response was since you booked an appointment late in the day. 330 is not late. And tells me there is only one guy. My experience to say the least was horrible. They shouldn’t schedule something at 330 if they can’t look at jt till 530. Makes no sense.
