The chemicals you put on my truck have leaked all over my driveway. When you called me and said my truck was ready I asked if you were sure that the chemicals applied were dried and you said yes. I explained that I was told it would be a two day process, one day to apply the chemicals and one to dry so I was surprised when you called 6 hours later to say the job was done.
I’m just very happy my RAV was taken care of the issue that was happening..

You guys were so busy today but yet you service my car in a timely fashion and I was on my way. Thank you best service I have ever experienced. That why I continue to drive from Hainesport to Runnemede for your service. Just wish you had more coupons. But I also understand profitability.

limp . When I was directed to go to my vehicle
at the end of my appointment it was parked
in a very distant spot far far from the exit..
Joe was very positive in helping me with my appointment. However, the technician who completed the maintenance on my vehicle left my oil drain plug loose a little over a quarter of a wrench turn. Thankfully I didn’t lose too much oil, as well as resolved the issue myself.
I waited over 3.5 hours for my oil change/tire pressure check…. was told that 2 employees got fired and 1 employee walked out on their shift…. was pretty pissed off and took another 15-20 minutes just to pay for the service done because the cashier didn’t know what she was doing… just a very frustrating experience overall.
My car was serviced in a timely manner and with good communication.
I was told that the service on my car would take about 1hr.15 min after 2.5 hours the service was still not finished
The only thing that I can say that wasn't great was the loaner vehicle I received for two days, a 2021
Rav4. The inside of the vehicle was not clean. Ketcup packages all over the floor, along with plastic knives and forks. The vehicle inside and out was dirty. Akso, I didn't notice until the time I was returning the vehicle that there was inspection sticker on the vehicle.
The car is un-drivable because of gas smell.
