The service part of the day was fine. When I pick my car up I was told it was parked outside. When I went out I couldn’t find it so I asked one of the eight or 10 gentleman that were standing there with their hands in their pocket if they could help me find my car and I was asked if I had a horn. The second gentleman said that he would help me ask if I had a panic button. So I push the button and then he told me to follow the horn to my car. Which my car was parked close to Clements Bridge Road. Quite a distance from dealership. The walk is not what made me mad it was the rudeness and then I don’t care attitudeWhen they were doing nothing but just standing there. If I was buying a car they would’ve been all over me. This is the second strike for Runnemede Toyota. I will not purchase another lease there.

My son uses my Camry when he comes from Georgia to visit his son. I still have my RAV 4 both with low mileage. Good working & service maintenance and I am not interested in trading either in. Charles and his mechanic have always kind,courteous,friendly & professional. He has been my service manager for years with both my vehicles. I went to a different Toyota when he left & returned when he came back.
He is awesome. You have a excellent service treat team there & they all should be recognized for their devotion to their employer. Thank you for employing such awesome people !

The car was not brought in for service. It was a trade in valuation. The valuation was low compared to the blue book value but was traded in any way.
From the morning greeting to leaving with my car he guy who was doing my paperwork was rude. Basically told me take my car to Mt Laurel since I bought it there.
I am very satisfied with the Runnemede Toyota, although I purchased my car at Turnersville, sale dept also service awful!! That you to Mike and his team, awesome job!!
My husband sat for 2 hours without hearing from anyone. The texts came from a million different numbers and appeared automatic, but said you could write back and when you did, no one responded. Did not get a phone call on Saturday that the car was ready. Had to call today and they stated it was done on Saturday. Picked up car today and licenses plates were never put on. Thankfully caught before pulling out. Rental car was gross. So dirty and sticky inside. Honestly hate doing service at Toyota because it’s always forever, but it’s a lease so I have no choice. One of the perks of buying my car is I didn’t have to step foot in Toyota for 12 years. Love the cars. Hate the service.
Mr. Colamarino was professional, pleasant and kept me abreast of what was going on.
