Throughout my nearly 2 week repair, communication from Rolando was virtually non-existant unless I initiated it. It was nearly 2 full business days before I reached out and received the first update. It was another three business days the following week, until I again reached out and was able to get an update.
I don't think it's expecting too much to be given a status update every 2nd day, even if there isn't anything to update on. Communication and transparency is even supposedly "The Qvale Way".
My service tech was outstanding and so too was the repair of my problem. Thanks So Very much to all.
