Throughout my nearly 2 week repair, communication from Rolando was virtually non-existant unless I initiated it. It was nearly 2 full business days before I reached out and received the first update. It was another three business days the following week, until I again reached out and was able to get an update. I don't think it's expecting too much to be given a status update every 2nd day, even if there isn't anything to update on. Communication and transparency is even supposedly "The Qvale Way".
