I had my car in to your service department last week. You told me it was the oil dipstick. Today I find myself stranded with the same problem. Obviously your technicians don’t inspect these cars like they should. Now I have to pay for a tow truck a dead. Your customer service is atrocious your customer service. The service department lady keeps hanging up on me. You’re your entire organization **** to high heaven.

Fyi, we already checked on the price for our Tiguan and were given one this morning July 21 by Ruben Guerrero. Though we are not interested in selling now, most likely, we appreciate the work done to give us an offer to consider. I will fill out the detailed feedback when I get it.
The only thing that would have been nice is that I was asked to return the loaner with a full tank of gas- which I did. But my ID4 was only charged to 49% just over 100 miles. Seriously?!?
My VW was seen twice at the Tampa location with no results having the same issue… glad that the Brandon location took the extra time to figure it out.. Thank you :)
