Great service as always

I took my car in to get the bcm reset and i was told that there were nore issues deeper than that. However took it to another volkswagen dealership and they charged me the diagnostics fee and reset the bcm. And since then i have no problems out my car and tailight that didnt work power has been restpres to. I was told by your dealership i had more ungoing issues and i would have to pay for them to sort thru the issues and that wasnt tru just the power going to the controller was closed So all that was needed done was open the power to that tailight in the settings of your vw diagnostics sittings. So not only was i misguided by your dealership i spent time and money to try to resolve this issue and was told it would take more time and money. When the dealer took maybe 45 mins tops to reset my bcm and have me out the door.

Rolando was extremely helpful with my process he answered everything question I had and also advised me on other. I’m very please with his personality I’ll be asking for him next time I go in for service. Thank you

Very unprofessional, no one in charge to help us, the man taking care of us was argumentative, waving papers in my husbands face and insisting he told us something he did not tell us prior to us coming in to pay. We had to find someone else in the building because he told us his manager wouldn’t be back until Monday and we basically could deal with it. After being helped by someone in a different department we still weren’t satisfied. We probably won’t be back.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled up by a very polite attendant, who opened my door and sent me directly inside. Wonderful atmosphere as I walked in, was greeted and offered refreshments. Michael (all the service guys but Michael waited on me) were professional and also friendly. Car was ready when promised - excellent communication through out the process.

The service was not complted as well. So I had to back my car for a real service.....Advisor Rolando Malave is very professional to help me,thank you,Volkswagen
