Michael was great at keeping me apprised of the service progress.
Sydney is nothing short of a pleasure to work with. I’m sure the other service advisors are great, but I HONESTLY don’t want to find out! I know I’m going to receive excellent customer service from her, and I’ll WAIT for her to be available if it’s necessary!

The survey never works. I always select the survey but I want to make sure it’s known that I really enjoyed the customer service here at VW Brandon. I was wondering if this would be good and now I am happy I did. Best experience ever and I look forward to calling this my service home.
I am hearing some weird noises in the car but I will drive it awhile longer to see if it resolves itself

I those not to have service done, as I was told that it could cost $210.00 for service tec to check vehicle out for issue. Even though car was in for same issue in past . I understand at time it wasn't doing what we called in for. But when radio goes out for 15 minutes at one time and had no back up camera at time when this happened . Never in past was I advised that there could be a charge when this issue happened in past . So as of right now will wait untill it completely goes out and not come back on , then I will bring in and show that it is out .

Mr. Malave is exceptionally attentive to the customer while also providing succinct and clear information regarding the maintenance requirements for the vehicle. He takes the time to understand the customer and personalizes the process to ensure satisfaction. Business for the service department and eventually the sales of new vehicles is ensured due to his dedication, knowledge, and honesty.
He was very nice even to my son. He explained what was wrong and that he could help me the next time if this problem occurs again.
