Coolant flush was paid for last time serviced. Tech adv tires would be rotated and Coolant needs flush as advised in video
Jonathan kept me well informed of what service was being performed on my vehicle. Halfway through the
Service Jonathan provided me with an update on the progress. He was genuinely concerned about my wait time in the lobby. He offered to Uber me. Which I declined. I was very satisfied with jonathan’s dedication.

I went in for a service and two days later have a try pressure alert in my car. They didn’t even do the most basic thing of checking my tire pressure after I spent 400 in services.

I was completely satisfied with the service provided. Michael was fantastic as always and kept me informed along the way. While my vehicle was being worked on, I was given a loaner vehicle for two days. Unfortunately the night for icing this vehicle home, I realized it had a major ant problem. My kids and I were consistently killing ants in it during our commutes.
I’ve always been extremely pleased with my VW service, this just left me a little disappointed.
