It should not take over four and a half hours to change four tires and do an alignment. It took four hours to provide a solution from a 9:30 am appointment. I have stated in the past that it seems only 15 minutes of each hour seems work is being done. This is from almost a four hour oil change. Time is precious and this service may be my last. The representative was professional and respectful. The issue is with timeliness of getting the easy job timely.
Unless it’s a supervisor calling me back, don’t bother.
The service person and the swrvice was vreat. I couldn't ask for better treatment
