Seth has been very understanding and professional regarding the ongoing problem with my car. He listens and understands our concerns and frustration regarding the situation.
I was given misinformation and wasted my time and gas going to the dealership and was provided no options to rectify the situation besides an apology for the poor training of the representatives who misinformed me although I discussed with them an issue prior to coming in and they still reassured me I had nothing to worry about.

I brought my car in for an issue that was believed to be glow plugs. Upon the car getting to Volkswagen I was told by Seth that the issue was the battery was “completely dead” and that in order for the computer system to tell him what was wrong with the car the battery needed to be replaced. I ultimately questioned this based on what signs the car was showing but trusted him to do the right thing and approved the battery. Upon replacing the battery Seth advised me that there was no other significant issues with the car that were causing the issues that I originally brought the car in for. Within 1 day of getting my car back the same errors were still happening with the car so I called service and requested to speak to the service manager. I received a call from Seth and I immediately asked Seth if he was the supervisor. He told me he was not but was calling me anyway. I told Seth I did not want to speak with him which was why I requested to speak to a supervisor. Seth began to tell me all of the things I did wrong with the car or should have fixed and said he would look at the car for free but charge us for any additional repair. I again said that I wanted to speak to a supervisor and Seth told me that a supervisor would not be calling me because “that’s not the way this works”. I then asked Seth if the supervisor was in the building and Seth said he didn’t know. I asked Seth if he could find or or ask anyone and he sajd “no he cannot find out and that the supervisor does whatever he wants”. I advised Seth that I would be recording him telling me that a supervisor would not call me back and that even though I am requesting to speak to a supervisor there is a very good chance I will never receive a call from a supervisor. I will be contacting corporate based on the experience with Seth, his lack of professionalism, combative behavior that escalated the situation rather than taking accountability and honoring my request to speak to the service supervisor.

Sydney rocks!! Also I got into my car and someone vacuumed it out for me 1st of all sorry.. I went camping 2 weekends ago and it was so sandy. And 2nd thanks it was so clean!

Sydney was very professional, she was very knowledgeable and articulated the process completely.
Sydney was great, I have no issues with her. When I got in my car, it had a very strong unpleasant smoker smell and it’s still there. I got an oil change, tires rotated, and new spark plugs…why does my car smells horrible?! I am very upset with my service, please fix this.
She made it simple and was very pleasant
