I think it’s absolutely crazy that you have to pay $250+ for the dealership to telll you if the issue with the car is covered by the warranty or not. Our issue was a windshield wiper…..$250 to tell us what we already knew. Shameful

My navigation is still not functioning. I drove from Sun City Center to Land O’ Lakes today & it was way off, even telling me I was in the water. I cannot put in a destination without out getting faulty directions. It keeps saying “off road” and tells me to make a u-turn when I don’t need to. Something is definitely defective & I would like to hav it repaired or replaced if necessary.

Rolando made my first visit to this dealership ideal and made it an easy decision for me to adopt Brandon VW as my go-to dealership for Service and Sales alike.
No follow up after initial check in. I received texts from service mechanic but manager never stopped back over. Dropped off car at 9am, personalized video wasn’t sent until 11:08Am, additional items not sent until 11:23am. No contact with Sydnie or any service manager until around 1:00PM when my car was complete. Completed services weren’t explained to me and the additional items I asked for them to check (TPMS & coolant) were never addressed. 4 hours I waited in service area and managers did not speak to me except at 10:10AM when Sydnie was walking thru asked if I was ok. I have had all my services completed at this location and have never had such a poor experience. Sydnie has always been great in the past and provided updates when available but today was not her best day. Not sure it should take 2 hours to receive inspection video after service appt time.
Everything was great, even cost was lower than originally estimated…always a win!

Satisfied with work done. Satisfied that parts and labor under warranty. Very unsatisfied that parts continue to break and time I need to spend for repairs. Even if under warranty.
