My adviser Austin was friendly. My problem is that the mechanics said that I needed to have some work done—that I had already had done in September at another garage. My trust level for Brandon VW is WAY down.

I was given a price for a repair 4 weeks ago and yesterdaythey camw back with a totally different story and the price went from almost $400 to $2200 that's it's unbelievable and i felt stupid for believing in your service department NEVER WILL A VOLKSWAGEN OR USE THIS DEALER
Very bad experience. You guys show coupons online, but when I get there, you said you don’t take it. It is cheating. I will not go back and I will tell others how bad you are.

I cancelled my deal because you guys treated me horribly and attempted to get the most money out of me instead of giving me the best possible deal. Luckily I didn't take delivery of the car or give you any money. I would've been stuck with a car that I overpaid for.

The wrong tires were placed on my car after I sent a picture of the ones my deployed husband wanted. I called...no apology no admission of fault or mistake considering I told them on the phone...sent a picture.. and left a message on voice-mail confirming exactly what he wanted. I asked to speak to service and or general mgr after I was told I can pay difference. No one has called me after I have left 2 messages for the general mgr. The associate called saying he got approval to waive fee for additional cost of tires I want but I need to drop car off. I work 40 hrs a week...husband is deployed..have a 4 yr old and 2 yr old. I can not drop car off and get rides. I would expect calls back an a loaner since you made the mistake.
I had a 9:30 appointment for N oil change and my car was not ready til 2:30.
I brought my vehicle in with four concerns, only two of which were actually resolved . The other two concerns, were not handled and I don’t believe they were actually even looked into. So now I will have to make another appointment. It’s frustrating because, just like anyone, it makes a big impact on my day-to-day activities and my job when I don’t have my vehicle. It is additionally frustrating that you do not have a loaner car Program available and that you no longer have a courtesy service as well.
Had an appointment at 930 came back at 330 and they hadn’t even touched my car. I had to go out of my way and get transportation.
