Rolando truly is an asset to your organization. Also, Drew, your service agent, could not have been nicer, and his communication was at the top of the scale along with his knowledge. It took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I was really impressed with the videos and walk thru. I was told the car was washed and it wasn’t they offered but I did want to wait. The staff was professional and explained everything. The waiting area needs some work stained ceiling tiles and area was needing some work.

Mr. Rolando was very nice and he has a great customer service he follow up with me every time to let me know the status of my car and I greatly appreciate every moment of letting me be aware of any delays with my fearful good customer service
Everything was great other than communication. I just wish my advisor was a little more responsive. They were still great, don’t get me wrong, and I do understand getting busy, but I had to call and text multiple times just to get any form of response. A little frustrating.

I was told that I needed an oil change because the oil looked pretty bad. Should have seen their faces when I told them I had just gotten an oil change not two days ago. I may be wrong but, everything after that was just them trying to justify the oil change. I checked the paperwork. They put the right oil. But I paid for it anyway. I was offered a spark plug change. It was gonna cost me over $300 as he quoted me. Too expensive. Don’t think I’ll return. Thank you.

It was done in less time than originally told it would be, which made the wait a lot shorter. He was very professional and would recommend him to anyone bringing their car there.
Seth was able to get to the bottom of a problem with our warranty and as a result we have no out-of-pocket cost he went above and beyond I think him for doing a fantastic job and being a consummate professional
