Seth did a great job keeping informed through out the process.
We’ve had to repeatedly come back to get our vehicle worked on throughout the month of January. Currently the check engine light is on again and we will bring it back for a 6th time. NOT happy at this point with this issue.
I payed $ 200 and still wasn’t told what the problem was or if it could be fixed. I was then told they could fix my sun shade then tell if or not they could fix my original problem the sun roof . Very disappointing
Would have liked for pricing options to be provided in detail.

Completely satisfied with the service I received. That's why I drive 30 miles to come to you even though I have a VW dealership in my town.
Rolando was very professional and covered everything with me in a simple and straightforward way.
You checked my brake fluid to sell me a brake flush and did not return the cap and float in the master cylinder. It set a brake light that had to be taken to a local shop that charged me $50. As it is an oil change, rotation and wiper blades should not cost $227. Since I’m paying premium premium price for it it should not cost me an extra $50. So not satisfied.
