1. Egregious pricing for service & repair items. $965 to fix a broken arm rest on my center counsel? C’mon, man!!! Almost $500 for coolant flush? Nope! Called Bergman’s European Auto Works down the street and their cost for the same service is $160.
2. When my car was brought back to me, my windshield wiper was broken and I noticed a dent on my driver side front fender. To be fair, Carlos replaced both wipers, which I greatly appreciated and the service manager, upon review of the intake video, will fix the dent. Hopefully that happens as I am 1000% certain that dent was not there when I brought the vehicle in for service.
If I may, I’d like to provide some honest feedback. I don’t know for sure, but I believe that your service advisors are compensated either wholly or partly on commission. If this is the case then this is a flawed system and a conflict of interest. Think about it.
You have hard working service advisors that are good at what they do. Just let them do their job and pay them a reasonable salary and pass the commission savings on to the client in the form of more competitive pricing for parts & service. People are forced these days to become more and more thrifty and cost-conscious. You must adapt to stay ahead of the curve.

It took a week to get a tire and on receiving my vehicle I discovered a ding in the rear drivers door that was not there when I dropped of my vehicle and on 1st inspection at the facilities was not identified on their video.
This is the third time that my vehicle has gone in for service or requiring attention and on every occasion I have left with something broken or forgotten … sadly disappointed
