My vehicle info suggests 30psi in the tires, my invoice says the tires are inflated to 30psi, but in fact they are inflated to 35psi. This has happened many times before (maybe even every time), why can’t it be done correctly? I am sure if I went back it would be rectified but my time is valuable and let’s be honest, getting service at the dealer takes a lot of time. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service department at RSM Ford, especially Fredy Campos, he communicates well.

I left the vehicle at 1030. Picked it up at 4. Checked to see if the problem was resolved bu it wasn't. I left the vehicle for additional work. Returned to pickup vehicle and problem remained unresolved. I need to return with the vehicle on another day.
