Jonathan was extremely helpful and very professional when handling the service on my vehicle. He went out of his way to also get parts for my vehicle that were on the recall list. He insured me I would get my car back by the end of the day. RSM Ford is the best Ford dealership in southern CA by far. They are efficient and thorough. Their customer service is exemplary.

The car is recall and stops in the middle of free way and transmission has been changed out three times. I could have lost my life. Ford doesn’t even make this model anymore or sell it. Because of many deaths and lawsuits.why not just exchange car for something of equal or lesser value and save a life
