5 stars to Fredy for his awesome customer service during a jammed packed day Your service at SM Ford is 1000 times better than Tuttle Ford in San Juan I would, and did drive 4x the distance for the better service yesterday

Jonathan was very professional, and so helpful!! I also appreciate that he had my brakes checked and gave me an honest assessment of my brakes, and that I didn’t quite need new ones yet. I would definitely come back to Santa Margarita Ford for service based on his good service!

Unfortunately I was asked to come in to have an oxygen sensor changed but the sensor had been returned. When I scheduled the appointment I was assured the sensor was in stock, it wasn’t. Also, the issue with my suspension is still apparent and the tech could not hear it. I will need to come back next month for the transmission issue and hope the experience is better. As a final note, my truck was not washed after the service either.

Clare, greeted me immediately when I arrived. The service advisor I was booked with was assisting another client. I appreciate her help and that I didn’t have to wait. She kept me informed on the status of my service through the day and my car was finished as promised, thank you!
