Fredy is great. Y’all’s prices were pretty surprising. Wasn’t expecting to have a proposal for 7x what I originally came in for. Stuck with just the oil change but that’s something you guys should work on. Again.. Fredy.. great.. your prices and the gouging for basic services beyond the oil change.. didn’t like that at all.

The service department was a bit disorganized. The communication was not good. Was told by a female that answered the phone that my car was ready but when I arrived it was not ready and it took another 40 min to get my car. Not the normal smooth service experience I have received in the past.
