Clare was great. It is the first time at your service department and was pleasantly surprised. Came in at 1:00 for oil change and tire rotation and was out by 2:30 with a clean car and all service completed. I will definitely be back. Good job…..

Everything was perfect from beginning to end. There is not one thing that could of been improved. It really took a lot of the stress out of the situation. Communication was clear and the work was done perfect. Every time I have worked with Miguel, this has been my experience. Thank you!

Was a little annoyed with what happened with the wheel anti-theft tire locks during my service. Somehow they were installed on another customer's vehicle... It wasn't even identified as an issue until I discovered it at pickup. Unfortunately, a solution could not be found at pickup and I had to leave without them and then be called once I got home that I needed to come back because they were able to get the locks from the other customer which wasted a lot of my time. My whole morning was spent "getting my car" which should have been a simple pickup. While this does not currently discourage me from using RSM Ford in the future, because I understand mistakes happen, I feel like this situation could have been better handled.

I will have to say in my previous experiences with this Ford dealership it's been nothing but headaches but I'm beyond thankful that after seeing my serivce history they had Miguel help me out he was beyond helpful in making sure all my issues got fixed on my truck. He was able to get an issue fixed I've been trying to get corrected for years even with video proof and he stayed persistent with no luck until it got fixed. To the management team Miguel is great and definitely Made this experience for about 3 weeks not a complete headache. Please tell him thanks again for all the help
