Windshield washer fluid was added to my bill when I didn’t ask for it and was not advised of the charge beforehand. It is only $5.99 but still unscrupulous. I realize your service advisors and mechanics are paid based on how much they can rack up the bill, but please find a better way of compensating your employees that does not involve taking advantage of your customers.
