Johnathan, is awesome. The staff is great. Tony Merten as well made every minute enjoyable. The problem is logistics and not something I believe can be improved at the branch level. Supply chain has resulted in an impossible situation where my car alarm goes off randomly and I’m told there is nothing that can be done until the part comes in. Customer service is through the roof but dealing with a car alarm going off at random on a brand new vehicle I waited years for is less than desirable.

Over $3800 for an oil leak . 1400 for a sliding window and $762 for a p102b.. probably will never buy ford again. The chicken **** stuff that has broke before sunroof, rear camera, wiring harness in rear door, recirc door in the hvac are ridiculously expensive to fix. It’s all labor. Cheap **** poorly engineered product.

Jacob was fantastic- I had to bring the car back twice to get fixed and Jacob helped me out big time. He Made what could have been a very frustrating experience very east and as pleasant as it could be.
