Yes I was satisfied with Miguel's attention to details and communication. Others in the service dept should take note of "service" a customer is expecting. Miguel is your best service representative.

Ford should have known the recall was having issues and issues a statement as to such to schedule when updated. Waste of time. Service was good otherwise.
