Freddy was absolutely incredible. My truck was stuck at the dealership for 3.5 months and Freddy was super patient, and trying everything he could to communicate up the chain to expedite the repair of my truck. Absolute superstar. Appreciate him so very much!

Miguel does provide honest and professional service; for a woman it is priceless. How Miguel provide service is rare. He gives it his all to get the best quality service in your visit at Ford. Always gets back to me. Explains the problems with my car, where I can understand it and is extremely patient with me when I am telling him what my problem is with Black Beauty. I give him sounds instead of using words to describe my reason for bring my car. Miguel is wonderful, he deserve a rise and recognition.
