Tuttle click ford in San Juan is a joke and I was about to give up on ford. Then I found Clare and rsm. Thank you for getting the job done and saying the van should not of been delivered by turtle click new. Amazing to see a great dealer in action. Crazy to me how different two dealers are but you e got my business for life

I was charged for an unnecessary service when I believed it to be a service covered by warranty. I should have never been contacted for service and did not realize the dealership was just looking to find a way to charge a fee. The car was also left overnight with no attempt to charge the vehicle or wash it. I understand it is not required, but it would have at least made up for the unnecessary service fee. I’m not sure if this is the standard at most dealerships now, but it seems the customer experience is less of a priority.
