Service was great until time to pick up car. When you get a call and are told your car is ready, you figure you go in and pay, get your car and leave. Didn’t happen. Asked once where car was and was told is will be right out. Fifteen minutes later I asked again, another 5 waiting. When you call and tell someone their car is ready it should be Very disappointed

I made an appointment for an oil change and I was going to wait for it to be done. I was under the impression that it would be 30-45 minutes. It took 3 hours including washing the car. What’s the point of having an appointment where you can wait for the service and it takes that long?

Clare at Santa Margarita Ford was amazing. She always treated me well. I sold my vehicle the day after the service because in three years and 21,000 miles my car had ten different quality issues. And the two times I had to replace the tires the Ford dealership could not do the alignment because the cars sits too low. So I had to go to a suspension shop. It is too bad, it was a beautiful and exciting vehicle. The parts were never in stock so my car would be at the dealership for three days or more each time it was repaired.

As usual, Clare did a great job and kudos to the technician who tested my FFET so thoroughly. Maybe we will find the issue next time.

Miguel went above and beyond for me. When I was leaving I had a question about the Ford Pass app and he took the time to come and sit in my Explore to try to resolve the issue. I purchased my vehicle in 2019 from this dealership and have tried other local service departments and they do not compare. Good experience.
