I came in for an oil change, and when I noticed on my invoice that I was charged for a wiper fluid additive, I felt as if I was nickled and dimed. I won't be coming back for anything. Unfortunate since I love supporting local businesses... but I won't partake in this BS. I'll find another dealership that doesn't treat their customers this way.
