He was able to get me out of there fairly quickly since I had to wait there and the gal who scheduled me, forgot to put in that I’d be waiting. Regardless wasnt a big deal, Jonathan updated that I was waiting and I was out of there inside an hour. Always satisfied with my visits and interactions when at Ford

I did NOT do any service recently. What the F Is this? Do you not even know when a car has been in? You guys ordered parts to work on my vehicle, but I’ve never been called yet to have my vehicle brought him to fix it. Are you kidding me?
