Jonathan was courteous and professional. However I expected a complementary car wash with the services performed. This was my first service at Santa Margarita Ford and the other dealerships that I have been to always wash my car after a service.

First I want to say I feel bad it took me this long to leave this review. I have been busy working. Jonathan was incredible, he was always calling giving me updates. It’s difficult to trust people with your car, upon getting it back it was in the same shape I left it in. With that being said I hope I don’t have to go back but I do there is nowhere else I’d rather take my car. Ask for my boy Jonathan!

Don’t need to keep asking me this! If I keep coming back you’re doing good. Only ask me when or if I don’t come back. Your maintenance staff are great but these questionnaires are paint. Ford should trust that they have great customer service aquestionnaires are painting RSM

Mr Campos was fine. Friendly etc etc. But the dealerships inability to help me save some money without any extra effort on your part left a bad taste in my mouth.
