Better systems for making sure if a car that was just getting an oil change is not picked up before closing that there is another alternative. I got held up at work due to a patient not having a ride home so I stayed and ordered her an uber. I didn't just leave her stranded. Sales manager was of no help and had no way of getting a hold of someone that knew what to do. People don't normally leave their car overnight for an oil change. It could have been handled better. Not the 1st time I have had an issue with SM Ford.
