Jacob was my advisor. I would suggest Jacob be more proactive in his communications. There were several times when I had to call for updates after being told I would hear back and had not. Also, the nature of the issue with my car wasn’t really explained until I asked. I didn’t always get the impression Jacob understood why it is a big deal to turn over a brand new car for more than a week of fundamental work. In fairness, by the end, Jacob was much more engaged.

Only complaint would be that we wish we knew that our car had to stay over for this service. It should have been known ahead time do we could have chosen to have it serviced at a later date, convenient to our work schedules.

Since our 2018 purchase and previous purchase we have used RSM Ford for ALL service needs. Each service appointment included complimentary car WASH. I was flabbergasted today, March 13th, when my Explorer was NOT WASHED at the completion of service. Especially because I mentioned having the vehicle washed when confirming our service needs with Fredy Campos. When I pointed out my vehicle was not washed, an agent did a quick rinse but not a full wash as previously done at RSM Ford. Very disappointed.
