Freddy is great! He is terrific at his job. However, I am going to bring my Maverick back in again on Monday because the issue did not get fixed after 3 trips in for service. I had the Maverick in to resolve a problem. Picked it upbwithout any work being done because the diagnostic tool was not working. Brought it back a couple weeks later when the tool was working. The failed part was not in stock. Took it back in Thursday after was notified the part was in stock. Tested the fix today for first time and the system still did not work. Pretty frustrating. Going to have to bring it in on Monday for a 4th attempt

My husband was having his truck serviced and when Clare called on the progress we asked if it would be possible to have my Edge serviced same day? I could drop off when picking up his vehicle. She said "Yeah, I believe we can! What time? She said no problem!" My vehicle was done in 90 minutes!! She even double confirmed a battery in the key fob was replaced! Great service from Clare and her team!!

Miguel Aparicio was my service agent for the 2nd time over the last 6 months I brought my vehicle in. Every time he has been great with communicating and explaining what’s going on with my Expedition. Really nice and polite as well, great all around service rep for the company and glad he is assigned to my vehicle.

The problem with the ebrake was not addressed though I was told it was operating as designed. I was unable to get the car home and had to leave it parked in a shopping center lot when I noticed the burning and smoking brakes. This is unacceptable. I left a message for Johnathan, but have not heard back yet.
