Fredy was excellent as always. Can’t praise him highly enough. Not so much a 2021 F150 that burns almost 3 qts between oil changes. Ford needs to do better with their product quality and reliability.

Jonathan and the other front of office staff were helpful throughout the process of the repair. I did not appreciate my car being taken on the toll road for a test drive without prior authorization. I appreciate that they are reimbursing me for the charges. Next time, when they call with updates, it should be specified that the test drives may occur on the toll roads, the charges will be reimbursed, and that I should wait until all charges are on the account before submitting the statement for reimbursement. The mechanic that completes the test drive should keep track of when he uses the toll road and provide that information to the agent assisting the patron to ensure everything aligns.
