I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Clare was absolutely on the spot from the second I arrived. She was friendly, helpful, and most important, highly communicative with me on what was going on. She went above and beyond calling carmax Warranty to try and get them to be accountable for a botched oil pan replacement done by a now defunct partner shop. 10 out of 10 for Clare. I had an opportunity to speak with the mechanic and he was extremely knowledgeable as well. Tartly well done, thank you!

Same problem as 6 months ago. I was told 6 months ago to drive my car until the white smoke stopped and it never did. Now they figured it out but there’s a 6 month back log on the parts. Had the mechanic done the job 6 months ago I’d be done. Service manager tried to hear me out but to be honest, made excuses for Ford and shifted blame. My Raptor wasn’t cheap and thus far disappointed with Ford and frankly your dealership. It’s a small town you do business in. Repeat business is everything as is word of mouth.
