On February 2022 I was told I had a leak on rear shock absorbers and it was replace with new under warranty . Today I was told that I have a leak on my rear shock absorbers again in only 1 year and of course My warranty has expired exactly 1 1/2 months. The car was in for service in December 2022 and no leak was detected or if it was, nothing was said. I am doubtful of the honesty of your service dept. I have had 2 previous issues with same car and I am debating if I should get a second opinion and move on to another dealership.

My service advisor Sal is phenomenal. His professional demeanor and caring approach represent the SM Ford family model. Sal’s sincerity fosters trust and by doing so, I’m just one of countless SM customers who return for service and support. In addition, Kelsey your service admin is stellar! She took the lead on ensuring we had a loaner ready for use and went above and beyond. Very hospitable and service oriented. You have emerging talent in both Sal and Kelsey. They will drive the next generation of SM Ford’s reputation as number 1 in RSM.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Sal and his team! Earlier this week, my Ford Edge had a check engine light come on, so I brought it into Santa Margarita Ford on Tuesday to have it diagnosed. Sal and his service team were quick to identify the issue and repaired my vehicle by Friday. Kudos to Sal and his team for a job well done!

Jonathan himself was great. But I thought way back when, when you would get an oil change, they would give a quick wash and vacuum your car. No biggie. Big thanks to Jonathan for all his help.
