Mr Miguel Aparicio truly is FANTASTIC, wonderful amazing incredible service. He welcomes people smiles listens to my car concerns with kindness. Mr Aparicio has a dedication to his clients. I’ve come to RSM Ford several years and he is consistently great. I almost went another place today but felt I know Mr M. A. go here first and I did, right when I walked in i felt happy, for sure knew since Miguel was right in front area that my car will be taken care of. Miguel is one of a kind A++++ really TOPS

I was charged more than I was quoted. I did not receive a wash despite picking my truck up at the end of the day. I did not get a sticker showing me when to come back.

Your service team needs to coordinate and communicate with each other in an effective way. I have a very long comment regarding my piss-poor service that won’t fit in this box. In general, your service department completely dropped the ball regarding a recall repair on my vehicle. Please feel free to have a supervisor level employee respond to me. Otherwise, don’t bother. I will continue to realize that my first Ford purchase is the worst I’ve ever made, and therefore my last Ford purchase.
