Miguel Aparicio is the primary reason we choose Santa Margarita Ford. He is always courteous and friendly. More importantly he is a skilled professional. He provides us with the information we need concerning the servicing of our car so that we can make an informed decision without feeling pressured. This week he replaced the brakes and said we might want to replace the brake fluid. It wasn’t an emergency so he left the decision to us. I really feel confident that when my Ford Edge leaves the service department it will operate smoothly and safely. Thank you, Miguel

Vehicle problem wasn't determined. Vehicle was in shop 1 1/2 days. I had to call Miguel after 1 day to find out what was being done with the vehicle.

Great job all around as always. Clare made things happen and took care off getting me set up with a loaner car, and got all warranty taken care of behind the scenes so that I could get my vehicle back asap, which was very much appreciated
