Would love to continue to use SM Ford but their service prices need to be closer to other Ford dealers in the area for the same services. Should not have a $50 difference in service prices with another dealer less than 10 miles away. If this continues to be the case we will have to bring our car elsewhere for services that are not covered.

Jacob went above and beyond to help get my truck fixed as quickly and conveniently as possible. The team did make a couple mistakes but Jacob worked with me openly and honestly about the problems and made them right. Absolutely excellent job Jacob!

The service at Rancho Santa Margarita Ford, for many many years has been shoddy, and half-assed at best. It’s the little things that make a difference. Santa Margarita Ford pays no attention to the little things. They never have. This trip be the last time I bring one of my vehicles to Rancho Santa Margarita Ford for service. For 10 years I have come there because of the convenience to my home. Moving forward, I will go ahead and inconvenience myself and drive down to Irvine auto center and have my vehicle serviced at Tuttle-Click.
