The promise time of the oil change service was completely inaccurate. Promised time 13:30(1:30pm) but they finished at 4:30pm! A service advisor initially said the service would cost about $79. But when my car was finally ready, the total came out to be about $70. I felt very dissatisfied in this experience.

No fault of Jacob’s, but the issue discovered with my 2016 F150 with 62k miles should be a recall event. After much research, I discovered the manifold bolts are problematic back to 2010 and fixed on the 2017 F150 model. Please notify Ford of the issue and that a $5200 fix is absurd. FYI …my son’s 2016 F150 has the same issue!!

This is the second time Miguel has helped me with getting my vehicles fixed. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He does a great job of explaining the problem with my vehicle and what needs to be done to fix the problem. My vehicle was finished in a timely manner and when he said it would be.
