I’m totally satisfied with the service provided by Miguel, however the technician and delivery guys failed on their part. The technician left greasy handprints in 4 places on the hood and the delivery guys gave me my car back with the plastic still on the seat, the paper floor mat on the drivers side carpet, and a sensor on my key fob.

Clare Sabatello provided excellent service and I plan to trust her only with future service needs. She followed up when promised and exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the warranty work that was requested did not resolve the problem that I have been experiencing with my new Raptor R. The speakers are still popping and have a loud static sound being emitted periodically.

Freddy is an awesome service rep and a great asset for your dealership. He takes time for his customers and does not make them feel rushed. He understands the needs of his customers and families and thoroughly explains all the best options. I really appreciate you bringing Freddy on to your team. I feel good about spending my money with a RSM Ford with Freddy being my service writer. He he gives the kind of customer service that everybody deserves. You cannot pay him enough double whatever you’re paying him.

Labor for replacing bank 2 downstream 2 O2 sensor is $410 , you got to be kidding me , check the invoice did not put down the number of hours that the job needs and took. Never go back again.
