We are very happy with the service provided by our service adviser, Miguel. He communicated promptly, knowledgeably, and clearly which I value greatly. We had to have the transmission on a 45K mile car serviced which is regrettable but we were extremely happy with Miguel and the dealership’s service.

Awesome dealership. Miguel is a very courteous point of contact for your service department. Santa margarita Ford should be proud to have Miguel representing this dealer. Unfortunately for an electrical issue they denied warranty because “after market control arms” I’ve been in the industry and the two are not related. You sell RPG products and profit, but won’t honor the warranty
