Miguel my service advisor is always fantastic. he has great manners, nice with incredible professionalism. I feel safe with RSM FORD since Miguel manages my repairs process, I work in a medical career, and I ask many ?’s Miguel knows I like to understand what my car needs, answers with an amazing education because he is highly intelligent, I spoke with Andrew to share that Miguel gives consistent service. I received a call that my service/warranty work was completed and upon arrival I found a scratch on the bed side. The body shop work was unacceptable. The truck was returned to Mission Viejo Auto Body and now I have been asked to personally go inspect my truck tomorrow at the body shop. There is still exposed primer on the roof and a trim piece is loose on the roof on the passenger side near back window. My truck has been with Santa Margarita Ford for close to 2 weeks and I was not offered a courtesy vehicle. I have to take time off work tomorrow to go inspect my vehicle tomorrow. In a previous visit for an oil change, I noticed a scratch on my driver door handle but I kept quiet. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership moving forward. I’m not s person that complains about much but I feel I have to in this situation. Thanks,Sam

Salvador was very thorough and answered all my questions and provided all information regarding recommendations. The only hiccup I had was the car wash removed my antenna which I found out is standard however, I did not remember to put it back on or tell me it was on the front seat so I returned because my radio was not working and knew my antenna was missing, it was an easy fix
