Sal listened to me and wrote dn what I explained. After the car was inspected, he called to let me know the results and recommendations. He did not show an attitude to me being a female and not thinking I wouldn't understand mechanical talk. Very nice. He's a keeper!

We have bought nine cars from Santa Margarita Ford but every time we get our car service we come to Miguel .Miguel always keeps us in form and for update. He’s great and he’s reliable. I hope Miguels there forever and ever.!!!

I just wish there were more recommendations when I came forward with a problem. I brought my car in for experiencing a specific problem, and by the time the service advisor had his hands on the vehicle, he told me all was good and nothing was needed. He did explain that they won’t dive into diagnostics to rack up a bill if it’s not needed. Which I get But I feel it would go a lot farther experience wise if it was addressed something like this: “hey Mr/mrs customer, we understand you’ve been experiencing issue X with your vehicle. When we looked at it, we had zero issues. So we believe you’re good to go. However, if you’d really like, we can go through a diagnostic, which will cost you $x, I’d you choose no repairs. But then obviously if we can find an issue then we would discuss repair costs. How would you like to move forward?” Just a thought.
