I am thankful Miguel was able to get the techs to continue to test and find the core issue. My only comment is that it would have been nice to get follow up when promised so I did not have to call.

Miguel and Fredy were excellent! Miguel set me up since Fredy was with another customer. Fredy kept in contact throughout the day including sending me videos. Excellent customer service between the 2.
