I’ve had my vehicle at two different dealerships for the same issues. Both are telling me it’s normal. The problem I’m having never existed until approximately three or four months after the purchase. As an X dealership technician. I understand what’s going on here. Warranty labor times are so bad, no technician in their right mind will spend four hours working on the car to get paid .25. I’m going to take it back to the original dealer and try it one more time. I love the car but it has issues that no one seems to be able to take the time to correct. My technicians here at British performance could possibly fix it but that’s not why we buy brand new cars. If it’s not resolved the next time I take it to total click Ford I’m going to seek lemon law actions.
