Fredy was wonderful it was the only one that made me feel like he cared about me. He updated me on what was going on, so I wasn’t left hanging. My irritation was how much it cost to replace the sensor Underneath the front bumper- so close that if you run a little bit onto the front curb when you’re parking, you can break the bracket…. And it’s almost $2000 to replace it! I don’t know of anyone that hasn’t at one time or another hit the curb and gone a little bit over at least once. Sensor should not be where it is located

This is the second time my cam phasors have failed on the truck. The truck was purchased sept ‘17. One failure at @ ‘19 and now again. I had also complained about rough shifting earlier in the year, most likely that was an early sign of failure that the techs didn’t identify. I feel that a part as important as the cam phasor shouldn’t fail so early or often. Obviously it was a faulty part from the factory but then replaced with the same faulty part. My service advisor told me there is a new and improved part that should solve my problem. I expect ford or the dealership to make this right
