My truck came home with a bend license plate. Bent out almost 90 degrees, happy to show a picture. No idea how that happened but seems that something went wrong when it was at the dealership.

I was charged for oil change despite having a Ford contract at time of purchase. I was told it was only valid at selling dealership. I reached out to selling dealership and they confirmed it was valid at any Ford Dealership. I would like to speak with someone about this and my refund.

As always, the crew was great. I was kept up-to-date about everything going on with the truck. Dropped the Raptor off on Monday @1030am for oil change & basic maintenance. Got it back the next early afternoon with everything done & some new brakes. Very pleased with that. Now I'm hoping to upgrade the intercooler with the RPG/Full-Race unit & some engine cooling mods to keep it lasting many miles to come.
