I appreciate Miguel and all he does for representing your company and the interest of the customer. I would have to say , I am Perplexed as to why it took 4 days ( 3.5 ) to Identify and resolve a problem that should have taken a coupe of hours. I was required to be without a vehicle 1 day for an oil change and diagnose an issue , which the latter required me to bring the vehicle back. Different day to actually diagnose and then a day and a half to fix. Seems inefficient.

I always give my service at RSM Ford 5 star ratings. Not this time- very poor communication and poor service with different service advisors/and staff answering phones. I scheduled a Friday appointment for recall work, and oil change. Turns out they didn’t have the recall parts. I didn’t get my car back til Monday, after I had to call on Monday asking for follow up on my car status. My first call was not returned and I called again few hours later to inquire update which I then got from different service advisor. All around poor service from RSM Ford

I have used another ford dealer in lake forest for years. It has become impossible to do business any more! Santa margarita ford. Is refreshing to do business. I hope it continues.

Jacob did well, but there was zero organization from the time I pulled into the service lane. Cars were backed up with nobody around, and once inside I stood around for 5+ minutes without even being acknowledged. I'd recommend working on how you welcome customer to your service center.

Clare is the best and is always making me feel like my time bringing in my Maverick is very important and always addresses the issue at hand. Thx to her I keep coming back because of her excellent customer service. Give her a raise!

I am very impressed with Miguel! I came by the service department on Tuesday and I was able to talk with him, he got me in the shop the next morning. It was a little emergency kind of thing, I’m from out of town and it worked out that a technician was able to further determine an issue I had. Miguel is very professional, knowledgeable and kind! If I moved to California , I would not only choose Santa Margarita Ford to be my dealer but I would also choose Miguel to be my main man at ford! Thank you all! Even being at the shop for a couple hours, I felt like I was at home! I was very comfortable.

Service and speed was great. The only comment I would have would be that car was supposee to be washed and it was not. Or if it was I would not admit it was if I were you. Better to just say they didn't get to it. Bugs in windshield, leaves im grill, etc.
