Took my 2023 Ford F-150 to Santa Margarita Ford for service, including its very first oil change. I was blessed with an amazing service advisor, Clare Sabatello. Clare Sabatello was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I truly appreciated her stellar communication and service. Definently a great experience since coming back to Santa Margarita Ford for service after issues with my previous visit over 1 year ago. Thanks, Clare! A job well done!! Gina, who heads the Service Department, truly leads a quality team, and Clare is certainly a top performer. Fredy was helpful as well, while Clare stepped away for a moment from the service counter. Highly recommended.

Rude. Uninformative and ultimately didn’t care about the issues I was having with my vehicle. I’ll now have to find a dealership that will actually look into the issues and hopefully cares about their returning customers. You’ve lost both my fiancé and myself now as customers.
