Totally surprised that my car was completed so quickly. Knowing that the recall work had to be done during the week, I had arranged for the car to stay a few days longer to ensure there was enough time to complete the recall work, and to have the regular service completed. After leaving the car at 3:30 in the afternoon, I was shocked to be notified the next morning at 8am that the car was ready for pick-up… Jon we’ll done and completed way ahead of schedule. Thanks for a job well done…again.

Clair went out of her way to answer my questions, calling one of the technicians to get additional information. While we were talking one of the techs, I believe his name was Zac, came by to ask her a question. Zac spoke with me for several minutes answering several questions and making several suggestions about repairing and maintaining my vehicles. My truck was repaired in short order and well below the estimated repair cost. I had a very positive experience is service and parts.

Clare has gone above in beyond in every way :) as a business owner, I know how extremely hard it is to find quality employees you can trust. Clare and your service department as not been extremely attentive, efficient, & communicative through the entire process. Jacob was great. Extremely polite and attentive, giving proactive updates while the car was in. Pickup wasn’t so great. One service item wasn’t fully addressed - new shift knob is on loose and slipped out of my hand when I left. Car was dirty. Jacob wasn’t there and given it’s Friday midday, didn’t want to jump through hoops to sort it out then.

No update on the repair of my vehicle until right before closing time. I did have a 7am appointment for a simple oil change.

It would be nice to not have have to deal with any issue with the vehicle, but having Sal handle the coordination of parts, service, and communication along the way takes all the stress out of the situation, and makes these issues very easy to deal with.
